"I needed golf cart insurance and made a post on Facebook asking for recommendations. After receiving several suggestions, including multiple recommendations for Gregg Schindler’s office, I decided to make one call and was lucky enough to reach Lisa.
I’m so glad I did. Lisa was incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. She had me quoted and my policy bound quicker than I could say “golf cart.” The rates were competitive, the process was hassle-free, and the entire experience was excellent.

"Robin is amazing. She is always responsive when I have a question about my policy. When I was trying to decide what type of coverage to get, she was very helpful explaining what different things meant and was the best quote I received. I have had my policy for about 2 months. Yesterday I got a flat tired and it was the first time I have ever use my road side assistance. She was super helpful and the whole process was super easy. Great customer service and price!"

"For the first time in 25+ years I began the exciting task of shopping around for better auto insurance rates. Ashley P. was extremely helpful, professional, and pleasant to deal with. She was able to offer a bundle for auto/renters that fit my needs, and was half the cost of what I was paying at the time. Since switching I have added another vehicle to the policy. "State Farm offered nothing but a headache dealing with a simple glass claim for an auto that I rented. I had to spend hours on the line with an adjuster on three way calls yesterday, I missed time from work as I had to go into their office and talk to Greg to get anyone from State Farm to respond. Their AI/BOT technology is an absolute joke. The original adjuster and her supervisor hid behind their voicemail boxes to avoid providing any service with regard to the claim. Greg acted like a hero for getting someone on the line yesterday, however why would I have had to go through all of these steps, wasting my work time, and having to go to their office to get service? I have had to extend my rental as the person who rents the cars out through TURO does this for a living. Instead of Greg understanding that today, he went on about why the guy can't meet someone tomorrow morning to fix the glass. The guy owns a fleet of 15 vehicles and is entirely too busy to meet someone. In addition, the car cannot be rented back out until the window is fixed. So Greg, this would be like you closing your office on a random weekday when you have business coming into your office and losing money. Since State Farm's "new system" was not able to electronically send over the approval documents to the glass company yesteday after mutliple attempts, I get to pay extra to keep the car for another day. Essentialy, I am paying for their "lack of communication issues". I wrote him an email today and he passed the buck to one of his customer service representatives. Essentially, he's too important to bother just like the original adjuster and her supervisor. I'm good with this as I'll be going back to another carrier that actually provides service when you have a claim and need it the most. I've been in this industry for 27 years and have worked for a State Farm agent in the past. There was no logical reason for all this nonsense on a simple glass claim."
